A MINI-SERIES ON COLLABORATIVE BASED OUTCOMES (WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT)

  • June 23, 2017
  • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Middletown: Appoquinimink Community Library

At the DANA IMPACT conference, a new series was announced where nonprofit, government and foundation leaders can come together to develop common community-based outcome measure for success.  Sponsored by JPMorgan Chase the kick off to the mini-series are scheduled for June 23rd in Middletown and June 27th in Wilmington.   These particular outcomes came from the afternoon workshops around the subjects of workforce development, healthy communities, education and economic development.  Notes from each afternoon session can be found on the mini-series information page following each session’s schedule.

For each session, the participants will collectively select an outcome, and with facilitation from DANA consultants, will apply David Grant’s process for creating outcome rubrics as described in the Social Profit Handbook.  By the way, David featured the grantmaker and nonprofit relationship for community impact rubric on his recent blog.  The Delaware Grantmakers Association has been a partner with DANA throughout the entire process.

Each group on the 23rd and 27th will select which an outcome they wish to create a rubric.  Registration is FREE.  Please sign up by visiting the DANA site here, and reach out to your partners to invite them to join as well.
