Now accepting applications for the second round of
The Corridor Revitalization Fund (CRF).
First State Community Loan Fund is now accepting applications for the Corridor Revitalization Fund. The CRF will make available up to $50,000 per applicant for eligible projects that encourage revitalization in downtown Wilmington, Delaware.
Eligible applicants include small businesses, landlords and developers located in the areas between the 100 and 1100 blocks of Market Street and the streets that intersect Market Street from King Street to Tatnall Street.

Applications for the 2nd Round of CRF grants will be accepted between August 1, 2017, to November 1, 2017. Awards announcements will be made no later than February 1, 2018.
Applicants who require assistance with the application package may contact the Small Business Development Center or the Women's Business Center at First State Community Loan Fund.
