The State of Delaware is requesting proposals (RFP) for Professional Services Contract DOE18100-SCHOOL_SVC, In School Youth Services. The deadline for questions is September 6, 2018 by 4:00 pm and the deadline to submit proposals is September 25, 2018 by 3:00 pm.
The intent of this RFP is to fund program(s) that provide services focused on long-term intervention strategies that enable in-school youth to graduate high school, participate in advanced college and career readiness coursework, and enter competitive employment and/or postsecondary enrollment. Programs should offer youth a broad range of services that may begin at age 14.
