The First Chance Delaware initiative exists to ensure that all of Delaware’s children have a “first chance” to succeed. It is a vehicle to recognize and facilitate effective partnerships, to share research and best practices, and to promote awareness of opportunities to collaborate in support of Delaware’s children.
