           Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 10 AM to 3 PM

AGENDA

10:00 AM        First State First Word: Welcome, Introductions, & Networking Activity

(Light breakfast will be provided)

10:30 AM        Breakout Sessions:

  • §  CEO’s
  • §  Break out mini sessions potentially in the following areas:
  • o   Membership
  • o   Programs
  • o   Operations
  • o   Advocacy
  • o   Knowledge Management
  • o   Communications

(Once there is a final count and roles, we will determine rotation options)(Know it is understood that some of these roles are merged, so the table tops will reflect the registration mix)

12:45 PM        Lunch:  Lunch Buffet-Network (try to sit next to at least 1 person you have never met before)

                       

1:30 PM          Large Group Discussion:

Part 1: “Innovation happens through collaboration and engagement is drawn to innovation”

(Please bring 1 idea per organization that you are doing that is innovative, collaborative or both to share)

          Part 2: What can the Mid-Atlantic Regional PSO’s do collaboratively?

2:45 PM          Closing Discussions & Final Remarks

                                                        Identify Options for 2020 Meeting & Location

3:00 PM          Adjournment

Please join other members at the Hotel duPont for a farewell “cocktail” prior to leaving Wilmington after the meeting.

Parking:  The Community Services Building has parking at 111 West 11th Street, Wilmington, DE (corner of 11th Street and Orange Street) (Please obtain a ticket upon entering and we will validate at the meeting)

By Train: The Wilmington Amtrak Station is very convenient to downtown. For transportation from the train station I and would suggest Uber/Lyft (Taxi’s are more expensive)
