POSITION: Bi-Lingual Program Manager

PROGRAM: Women’s Health Screening                       

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time      


SUMMARY: Responsible for the oversight of the Women’s Health Screening navigation program throughout the state of Delaware.  Responsibilities include: staff supervision, identifying screening partners, marketing the screening program, and acting as liaison between Screening for Life, Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, and all program and care providers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: College degree or high school diploma with proven employment experience.  Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish), with excellent verbal communication and writing skills. Proven supervisory skills, customer service background, and outreach experience with diverse communities is required.

ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Supervision, development, and performance evaluations of Women’s Health Screening staff.
  2. Implement the state contract and maintain state and agency reports as required.
  3. Identify and develop relationships with new screening partners and maintain relationship with existing screening partners.
  4. Innovate as needed to ensure program requirements are established and maintained.
  5. Design and implement a marketing plan for the screening program.
  6. Implement and complete a monthly program report including collaboration efforts, statistics on numbers served, along with program updates and outcomes.
  7. Evaluate program progress and engage supervision and the team as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  8. Assist with other duties as assigned.

WORKING HOURS: The working hours for this position are normally Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 although work hours will be scheduled for evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the program.
