Talent justice requires intentional efforts designed to disrupt inequitable systems and processes that people of color and other marginalized communities face in accessing work and advancing their careers in the nonprofit sector. Drawing on Fund the People’s Talent Justice research and tools, webinar participants will explore how inequities manifest in nonprofit recruitment, hiring, and compensation. We'll also learn about the Red Hook Initiative's efforts to build equitable onramps for young people of color to access the nonprofit workforce.
