The Actors' Equity Foundation exists to support the professional theatre community, from emerging artists to seasoned vets, while promoting and investing in theatre and the performing arts.
The Foundation’s Theatre Grants support nonprofit theatres across the nation that have an established artistic and administrative track record, a history of fiscal responsibility, and have worked to improve the state of the theatre.
Note: The Foundation also administers several awards programs celebrating the talent of individual actors.
