The Child Health Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children in low-income settings by empowering local communities to creatively solve their most pressing child health challenges.
The Innovative Small Grants Program supports projects that address child health issues in a developing country or in the United States. The current focus is on innovative research or service projects directed at improving the health and well-being of newborn infants during their first month of life.
Grants support a range of technologies and approaches, including both biomedical and social science projects that show promise, are innovative, and may have wide-spread application. (Projects that involve only general medical care of children, but without innovative aspects, will not be considered.)
Support is provided through calls for proposals.
