The Kaufman Americana Foundation generally provides grants for the encouragement, promotion, and enhancement of the study of American decorative arts and designs.
The majority of grants are provided to museums for exhibitions and educational programs.
Application Procedure:
Interested applicants should submit a written request that includes a description of the organization, the purpose for which funds are being requested, and the amount of the request. Applicants should also include a copy of the IRS letter confirming tax-exempt status.
