Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation

The Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation celebrates, promotes, and supports the wealth and diversity of the region's arts resources and works to increase access to the arts and culture of the region, nation, and world.

The Foundation primarily provides supports for artists and arts organizations in Delaware; Maryland; New Jersey; New York; Pennsylvania; Virginia; West Virginia; Washington, DC; and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, the Foundation engages in national and international work focused on performing arts touring, jazz, and independent filmmakers.

Supported disciplines include:

• visual arts;
• theater;
• music;
• media arts, including film and video;
• literature;
• folklife and traditional arts;
• design arts;
• dance; and,
• crafts.
