The Potts Memorial Foundation

The Potts Memorial Foundation was founded to assist in the treatment of tuberculosis, lung, and blood-oxygen disorders.

The Foundation provides support for the care, treatment, and rehabilitation of persons afflicted with tuberculosis, including grants for research, vocational counseling, hospitals, and sheltered workshops.

Types of support include:

  • conferences, seminars, and workshops;
  • equipment;
  • fellowships;
  • general support;
  • project support;
  • research; and,
  • seed money.


Application Procedure:

Interested applicants should submit a written proposal on organization's letterhead that includes a description of the organization, the purpose for which funds are being requested, and the amount of the request. Proposals should include a detailed budget. Applicants should also include a copy of the IRS letter confirming tax-exempt status.
