The Sarah Scaife Foundation's grant program is primarily directed toward public policy programs that address major domestic and international issues.
Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
- international affairs;
- law/justice;
- higher education;
- economics and business;
- public policy;
- good governance;
- peace/security;
- immigration;
- civil and human rights;
- think tanks; and,
- libertarian causes.
Types of support include general operating and project support.
Grants are not provided to/for:
- individuals;
- nationally-organized fundraising groups;
- event sponsorships;
- endowments;
- capital campaigns;
- building projects; and,
- government agencies.
