The Dorothy Richard Starling Foundation provides support to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions nationally that are focused on classical violin performance and study arts.
Support is provided to scholarship, fellowship, and endowment programs at established institutions.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES Interested applicants should submit three copies of a proposal that describes the organization and the specific purpose for which funds are being requested, concentrating on the impact to be made on the performance and teaching of classical violin at the highest levels.
