As a follow up from our program "Collaboration: Violence in Wilmington," originally presented in February, 2019, Social Contract will provide an update on their collaborative work.

Communities of Practice - Economic Inclusion
As a follow up from our program "Investing in America's Workforce," this will be a conversation of how Philanthropy Delaware members can converse, connect, and engage with one peers regarding Income, Workforce Development and Economic Inclusion.
Philanthropy Delaware’s Communities of Practice are an internal space for members to cultivate a social fabric of learning. Through sharing common interests and key focus areas, the communities of practice result in a trusted incubator space to test innovative ideas, have regular interactions to share practices, enhance learning and empower members. The Communities of Practice create domain-based knowledge the community develops, shares, and supports practices, which in turn, maximizes meaningful outcomes.
Refreshments will be provided.
Tentative Agenda:
- Welcome and Introductions - Presentation update from Social Contract with Q&A - Working group on shared metrics for Economic Inclusion
