SUSTAINABILITY SUMMIT
The next five years are going to be intense for the sustainability practitioner and profession. The 2030 goals for the UN SDGs and the projected 2024 milestone to reduce greenhouse gas emissions have created a countdown clock. Companies are going to come under intense pressure to do more, do it better, and achieve scaled results.
There will be conflicting pressures too. Volatile economic and political pressures will lead many senior executives to focus more on traditional business operations, potentially cutting back on the staff that lead sustainability functions.
Sustainability professionals need to prepare to raise their approach to the next level. This means innovating approaches, delivering a business case, and demonstrating real impact. The summit will enable peer-to-peer exchange and engagement with leading practitioners and subject matter experts to work in a collaborative way that will help practitioners get tools to develop potential solutions to drive impact.
