COVID-19 has changed the game for most organizations. The things we believed wouldn’t work were shown to be possible. The skills we thought we needed for success have shifted. The needs of our stakeholders shifted in a way that we didn’t expect or came faster than we had planned. With those shifts, we, as leaders, need to also pivot and rethink how we lead our teams and our organizations. Many of us are still reacting, but it’s time to start proactively planning for the pivot.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the questions to ask that may require the shift in your organizational focus and leadership approach
  • What does effective leadership look like in this evolving state of “normal?”
  • Begin the assessment process on where you stand as a leader in this “next normal”
