Cyber criminals are taking full advantage of the opportunity to attack under-protected organizations when they are most vulnerable. The FBI reports an average of 3,000 - 4,000 cybercrimes per day since the start of the pandemic -- an astonishing increase from the average of 1,000, pre-COVID-19.
Our final session, Supporting the Cybersecurity of Nonprofit Partners will feature speakers Karen Graham, Director of Education & Outreach at TechImpact and Michael Enos, Senior Director of Community and Platform at TechSoup. The topics will include how to apply ideas from the first two sessions and gain knowledge about social sector organizations’ varied cybersecurity and IT needs, as well as how to communicate about cybersecurity throughout the grantmaking process. Speakers will present examples of how foundations across the country protect themselves and their partners through updated services and effective cybersecurity practices in grantee organizations. There will be time for questions at the end of the session.
Cost: Free for Member Grantmakers / $50 per webinar for Nonmember Grantmakers
