Day 1: December 7

In 2020, philanthropy has had to rethink grantmaking practices in response to the pandemic and confront systemic racism and wide-spread injustice. Climate change poses an additional crisis. And threats to democracy have furthered a range of disparities, distrust in our institutions, and economic and civic inequality. This year's keynote conversation will focus on how the social sector - and philanthropy in particular - can leverage data science to empower people, build more resilient communities, and address widening inequities in our state. Armed with new tools and strategies, philanthropy can help tackle some of our greatest challenges in times of crisis.
