Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate candidates to apply for the position of Program Director (PD). The PD will be responsible for managing programming, seasonal staff, and outcomes across multiple cities. This team member brings a wealth of knowledge in pedagogy, elementary literacy instruction, schools and school systems, and adult learning to their daily practice. A successful candidate will be flexible/adaptable, organized, can cultivate teamwork, and is adaptable to systems.
The PD will report to the Senior Program Director as part of the Partner Success team at Springboard. The PD will report to the Director of Programs once that position is filled. This is a great opportunity to support an entrepreneurial team in maximizing the impact of a rapidly growing organization.
