Woodlawn Trustees is seeking a strong finance leader who is mission-driven, committed to William Bancroft’s vision and brings the financial acumen required to grow a complex, multi-dimensional real estate organization. The CFO will be a key partner with the CEO and the highly engaged Boards of Directors (that includes Bancroft family members). Previous experience in and knowledge of the real estate sector would be preferred and experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, conceptualizing and analyzing problems and solutions in a proactive, constructive, creative manner that results in improved performance across the organization. In addition, they will drive change while delivering on current initiatives. The person will be passionate about Woodlawn’s mission and share a commitment to its Quaker roots and serving as a good community partner. The ideal candidate will have proven strategic leadership and management skills and experience working with a Board of Directors.
