AstraZeneca hosts an annual call for applications from eligble 501c organizations in the US to be considered for a corporate contribution. In 2021 this funding will be provided through the ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge and applications will be accepted June 1- July 16, 2021.

AstraZeneca recognizes health starts in our homes, schools and communities. The ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge is designed to support non-profit organizations positively impacting the health of underserved populations through regional and local community-based programming.
Application form will be live here from June 1- July 16, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.
Selected organizations will be notified and invited to submit a formal application in August 2021.
Winners will be announced publicly in September 2021.
Contributions of up to $25,000 per organization will be provided as a one-time payment to be used over a 12 month period.
The ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge is open for all eligible 501c organizations in the US delivering regional and local community-based programming. This includes local chapters of national organizations.
