Delaware communities face increasing challenges across affordability and accessibility to safe, energy efficient housing and health services, and the challenges have been exacerbated in the past year due to adversities brought on by the pandemic and social unrest. In addition, the issue of climate change and how it disproportionately effects underserved communities. When the ability to afford high-quality housing is out of reach, both social and health outcomes are adversely affected.
