The Welfare Foundation is seeking applications for funding to promote the social welfare of people and communities across the State of Delaware and in southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. The Welfare Foundation has primarily focused on capital grants (but not endowments) in the following seven nonprofit sub-sectors: Social Services, Housing, Health/Hospitals, Environment, Education, Arts/Humanities, Civic.
