Leave with strategies for segmenting donors, maintaining a clean database, and using some of the bells and whistles you haven't tried yet in your system. Learn how to measure your true donor retention rate and how to interpret your organization's giving trends. Please bring a laptop with access to your donor database and Excel.

Instructor: Stephanie Cory has been a fundraiser since 2003 with an emphasis on "small shops." She has worked with a variety of donor databases and has additional experience implementing new systems. As a Master Trainer through the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Stephanie is skilled at breaking down complex development concepts into actionable steps that can be employed at organizations of all sizes. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and earned her designation as a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) from the American College of Financial Services.
