Healthy Communities Delaware

Healthy Communities Delaware (HCD) is pleased to announce a Call for Interest in Multi-Year Collaboration for Healthy, Safe and Vibrant Communities. The overarching goal of this initiative is to improve health and well-being in Delaware communities through alignment, investment and impact. It is intended to create healthier neighborhoods where we live, work, learn and play, through community-based collaborations on community-identified priorities for change.
